HELP! How can I get rid of acne everywhere, unwanted facial hair, dandruff, dry skin, wrinkles, & stretchmarks?

I can't take it anymore! I don't even know how I let myself get this way! Please if someone, ANYONE, can help...you don't know how much it would mean to me! I am truly a live version of Ugly Betty, except...much, much WORSE!HELP! How can I get rid of acne everywhere, unwanted facial hair, dandruff, dry skin, wrinkles, %26amp; stretchmarks?
Please calm down! Worrying and feeling bad about yourself will not help you!

As for some ';hands on'; solutions:

Over the counter:

Acne: try some different methods and stick to each for about 30 days to give it a fair trial. maybe start out with proactive and if that doesn't work for you, try some products from the drug store or sephora. It is very important to cleanse, treat, and moisturize (use spf during the day, twice daily and exfoliate 1-2 times per week. Get creative with some different face products like masks and things that will pamper you and help your skin!

Unwanted facial hair: I swear by jolene bleach, but it works best for people with fair skin. if you can't use or do not like jolene, consider getting a professional wax and then learning how to do it yourself (i do all my waxing myself and save a lot), or if the area with hair is small enough, pluck the hairs- just make sure you cleanse the area first.

Dandruff: use an anti-dandruff shampoo like head and shoulders or neutogena t gel or any you'd like to try.

Dry skin: get a good moisturizer!! use something oil free so it won't aggravate your acne but make sure it is moisturizing enough. look for products designed for ';combination'; skin. You can try having a separate moisturizer for night and day- a heavier one for at night to really replenish your skin, and a lighter one with spf during the day. I also have acne and very dry skin so it is very important to exfoliate- St. Ive's Apricot scrub (regular or for sensitive skin) a few times a week works wonders.

Wrinkles: moisturize, use eye creams and other products geared towards wrinkles. they even make products for people with both wrinkles and acne so you could give those a try! Also, you must must must use spf to protect your skin.

Stretch marks: there is not much you can do for these aside from waiting for them to turn white- which they will do, eventually, i promise! Also remember that almost everyone has at least a few stretch marks, so you're not alone. You can try using mederma (the scar ointment) but this isn't likely to do much since the scarring is deep underneath the skin. It is also extremely important to hide all stretch marks from the sun or they will darken!*

Medical:

See a dermatologist. He/she should be able to help you with all of your concerns. Pick someone who is covered by your insurance or it can get a bit pricey. If you are not covered for dermatology, since it is a specialty, consider changing your insurance to include it or just take a visit or two and get some tips.

Lots of luck to you, and please feel better about yourself! It hurts my heart that you feel so upset, and I don't even know you!!HELP! How can I get rid of acne everywhere, unwanted facial hair, dandruff, dry skin, wrinkles, %26amp; stretchmarks?
Regarding your acne, why don't you try first something 100% natural and do not risk the serious side effects usually associated with most medications? Also the problem with the vast majority of acne medications, treatments and home cures is that they attack and try to get rid of the symptoms and unsightly effects of acne, but not many of them really attack the root cause to try to get rid of acne forever. And this is the only logical way to go - attack the root cause, not the symptoms.

I found an excellent E-book with 100% natural acne treatment attacking the root cause(s) of acne, by Susan Thompson, the most symbolic expert at the Dermatology Institute of England. It is a treatment based on natural techniques and exercises for facial muscles and other affected zones and it claims 98% success rate for patients who have different acne levels. Yes, you will have to pay for it, but it costs only $USD 40.50 and I think it is money well spent if you compare it to the cost of many ongoing visits to the doctor plus prescription costs. And most doctors and their prescriptions will give you only temporary relief from the symptoms of acne where here you have a big chance of getting rid of your acne forever.

This is the best advice I can offer you at the moment. Susan Thompson was featured in the ';Health %26amp; Beauty'; magazine - you can read the full article on her website. dandruff-

Dandruff

is often associated with dryness of the scalp. There is however a world of difference between dandruff and flakes of dry skin from ones scalp, but it is no doubt a scalp problem. Medically, dandruff is known as 鈥榩ityriasis鈥?and is a result of 鈥榮eborrhea鈥?which is a disorder of the oil secreting glands of the scalp. Dandruff flakes are greasier than those of dry skin and impart an odor typical of themselves. Those who have dandruff have itchy, irritating scalps, characterized by redness. There are methods of getting rid of dandruff rather than wearing light coloured clothes to hide the while flakes which are almost as embarrassing as snowflakes are beautiful.

The most important thing once you鈥檝e identified dandruff (which is an infection) is to take some precautions to avoid the condition from becoming worse or spreading. If hair products like shampoos, conditioners, etc. are not washed off properly they magnify the ill effects of dandruff. It is also advisable not to share your hair styling tools like combs, hair brushes, rollers, etc if you suffer from dandruff to steer clear from passing it on. Anti dandruff shampoos are a cure for dandruff, but far from a permanent one. The problem returns within a short while of discontinuing usage of the shampoo.

In India, on an average 30 out of 100 males and 50 out of a 100 females are victims of dandruff and consequently of the vicious 鈥榓nti dandruff shampoo cycle鈥?

There are few, but definitely existent ways to get rid of dandruff other than shampoos. One such cure is vinegar. Massage vinegar onto your scalp and leave it for few minutes before washing it off thoroughly. Follow the above procedure and you will see your dandruff start to disappear within a week鈥檚 time. The same steps as above can be carried out using lemon (about half) squeezed in warm hair oil to achieve considerably good results.

Increasing ones intake of salads (mainly raw fruits and vegetables), vitamins B, C and E and zinc ( in the form of foodstuffs rich in these of supplements) and reducing that of fried and dairy foods, nuts and sugar is helpful in reversing the condition of a dandruff affected scalp.

If the above techniques are not helpful, then your problem is more serious than what you are capable of handling on your own and what you need is a dermatologist.
hey,

ACNE:

to help with acne, i know this sounds so basi and stupid but keep very clean, from your laundry to bed sheats, the most common place for bacteria to spread from is your hands and your pillow. The worst thing you can do is to pop pimples because it causes the bacteria under the skin to spread from the pressure of squeezing. Also take notie of fabrics you are wearing they may be irritating your skin also and not allowing it to breathe. Try eating more foods containing zinc like celery, also teatree oil is a good cheap natural spot treatment.

DRY SKIN

buy some Arnica cream.

FACIAL HAIR

you can either get it waxed, bleached, use removal creams, laser...

also there is a gel by Thalgo called 'Biodepyl Gel' which is used to damage the hair papilla (where hairs grows from) this gel slows hair growth and can lighten colour (not much) though it gets best results when applied after waxing.

WRINKLES

be careful to distinguish between winkles and fine lines. Fine lines are mostly caused by dehydration and can ve fixed with a hydrating regime, however the best way to avoid wrinkles is SPF30+ sunblock.

STRETCHMARKS

these are caused by a breakdown of collagen and elastin levels which begin to reproducing around the age of 21, so try to keep these levels up with creams/tonics/additives...but mostly diet and exercise.

hope that helps....look how successful America Ferrera is, you are as beautiful as you feel.
first put pure vitamin E on the acne before bed because its really greasy and the wash you face in the morning it also works on winkles like magic its also for dry skin plus its cheap.! for the dandruff get a super thick moisturizing shampoo and conditioner but leave the conditioner for 2 minuets then rinse. and finally the stretch marks i would ether try exercising or maybe stretch every morning and before you go to bed :) i know its a lot to do before bed but trust me it WORKS

hope i helped :0)
I think you should take one thing at a time. When the seasons change people really notice changes in their skin. I would start with the unwanted facial hair and look into waxing. brows are usually $25, lip $15 you can also wax your chin and cheeks if you need to. If you are on a budget, invest in a good pair of tweezers and start there. I don't really think the at home wax kits are good. You sound stressed out. What about a nice bath with some baby oil in it. That is good for dry skin. Moisturize. Get into a nice calming routine before bed, take a bath and wash your face. Head and shoulders is good for dandruff. Wait on the stretch marks and wrinkles. Get the hair and the stress under control. Don't be so hard on yourself. Find a good girlfriend and get some makeup tips...look at magazines...take some time for yourself.
