it is safe. Stretch mark cream temporarily tightens the skin. That is all. Eye cream is better around the eye because it won't hurt your eyes if it accidentally gets in there. Believe it or not, simple over the counter Preparation H is the best thing on the market. Professional models use it before shows but be careful, don't get it in the eyes. Yep I said it, preparation H is not only an *** cream.
