Wrinkle and facial care?

What are the best products to use for facial skin care? Do all those anti-aging products actually work and if so which do you use or recommend?Wrinkle and facial care?
The best thing I have found is Arbonne!! I love the skin care! The eye cream really make a difference!Wrinkle and facial care?
try POrcelain doll with orchid extract- it really made my skin smooth and firm- and besides they have a sample size
try retin-a(tretinoin)

it is an anti acne cream when dermatologist discovered that it makes a good anti-aging cream because it sort of peels off top skin, revealing new skin underneath.

my grandma uses this and my mom's office worker thinks that my mom is actually older than my grandma.

but she also uses, along with retin-a, oil of olay (my fave, makes my skin soft) and some collagen cream (improves elasticity of skin, makes it tight)
The bast advice, as a beauty therapist, that i can give you is general body care. Use a sun screen on your face everyday... if it isnt a sunscreen , you should use a moisturiser with an spf of about 15. Drink about 2 liters of water a day. and eat atlest 5 portions of fruit and vegetables,

Do facial excercises... trust me they do work. pull faces, really big smiles, lift your brows and drop them.

A product that does work, is olay regenerist. it has pentapedtides and they help wrinkles
Good quality facial products do help.

But, the best thing you can do for your skin is to stay out of the sun and always use sunscreen.

Sun damage is responsible for wrinkles, brown spots, and of course, cancer.
If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.

Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.

Do facial exerciseS work or do they make you more wrinkled!?

hAVE YOU TRIED THEM?Do facial exerciseS work or do they make you more wrinkled!?
Aside from keeping our skin clean and hydrated, facial exercises also help in the prevention of wrinkles. The object of doing facial exercises is to improve and strengthen muscle tone as well as to increase blood circulation and blood flow to your face. Facial exercises are a little known secret that may make the difference between premature aging and wrinkling or staying young and as vital looking as we feel.

My mom bought eucerin sensitive facial skin anti wrinkle. My question i seeing as it has no oil in it coul?

d I use it on my face after i`ve used my neutrogena no oil acne cream stuff. As it has no oil? Would this moisturizer be ok?

Because at the moment this is the only moisturizer in the house with no oil.My mom bought eucerin sensitive facial skin anti wrinkle. My question i seeing as it has no oil in it coul?
Do you have acne problems? If you do, you shouldn't use Eucerin. Eucerin is really heavy and even though the label says ';no oil,'; it's still going to end up blocking pores.

But if you don't have acne problems, then yeah, go for it. Eucerin products are actually very good for dry skin.My mom bought eucerin sensitive facial skin anti wrinkle. My question i seeing as it has no oil in it coul?
Oh sorry I didn't check this, so I don't know if you'll get this comment, but Aveeno has a good line of products. Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment is a moisturizer but it also treats acne. It's not harsh on the skin, either. Report Abuse

i dont like to mix products as it can make skin worse
Yes you could use it OK It wont take away wrinkles so it wont be all that effective for your mum anyway
you need an oil-free moisturizer.
  • classical music
  • What r the advantages of using Vitamin-E oil as a facial moisturizer? do I need to use an anti-wrinkle it?

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can keep your skin looking young and healthy.

it is a great moisturizer and can reduce wrinkles

Why would it not be ok to use cellulite cream on facial skin which is tending towards wrinkling?

    Hi,

No, don't do that! Get some proper anti-wrinkle cream! Cellulite cream would be too harsh on your face and may even make you come out in a rash... It wouldn't resolve anything either because your skin on your face is different to that on your legs - it needs different chemicals to resolve any wrinkles..

Anti-wrinkle cream isn't that expensive even if you get a good one - try L'Oreal Revitalift.

    Good luck!

LornaWhy would it not be ok to use cellulite cream on facial skin which is tending towards wrinkling?
No, don't do that. Anything that is meant for body should solely be applied on body but anything that's meant for face, for example you bought a lotion but do not like it, don't throw them away, you could used them on your leg, your hand etc.

    Anit wrinkle facial cream?

What anti aging cream would you recommend?Anit wrinkle facial cream?
There are so many anti wrinkle creams on the market today that it's really hard to know which one actually works. Good news is, you don't have to spend a fortune to look younger and take care of your skin. The 2 major creams that have taken the UK by storm so far are Aldi anti wrinkle cream (which came as a bit of a surprise to everyone) and Boots No7 protect and perfect. Here are reviews on them both. If you scour the internet you can find more. As companies are always trying to tell you that their product is ';the best'; I'd advise reading reviews from real people.

Some women hand over hundreds of pounds for creams that promise to smooth out their wrinkles.

Others prefer to pay 拢1.89. Aldi's own label anti-wrinkle cream is flying off the cut-price supermarket's shelves after winning a host of awards.

Siana Moisturising Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream, to give the product its full title, has beaten more expensive beauty heavyweights such as Helena Rubenstein, Olay and Elemis, to be named one of the best anti-ageing products on the market.

Woman's Own magazine said it was 'as good as the pricier products from well-known names' and added: 'Beauty industry tongues are wagging because it is so cheap and really works'.

Two thousand volunteers blind-tested the day cream for another magazine and voted it one of the most effective complexion smoothers. 'I was asked if I'd had a facial,' one enthused. 'I think it must be expensive.'

At the beginning of the year, 890 jars a week were being sold nationwide at Aldi. Now more than 20,000 a week are being packed into trolleys, with dozens of branches selling out.

Manufacturers say the cream includes all the same ingredients as more expensive potions, including the enzyme Q10, which mimics the body's ability to protect against premature aging.

The night version includes retinol complex to stimulate cell growth.

Aldi's cream follows the success of the 拢17 Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Beauty Serum which was a sell-out last year.

    --------------------------------------鈥?br>

I am a great fan of Boots no 7 beauty products so when Horizon recently tested anti-aging products and found that one made by Boots to be the best I was not surprised.

The product in question is Boots No 7 protect and Perfect beauty serum. I have been using this for several months now and the Horizon findings just confirmed my thoughts on this little miracle-it works!

I first came across perfect and Protect serum when I was browsing around my local Boots shop clutching a 拢5 voucher. The sales assistant confirmed my choice by telling me she loved the product and she looked pretty good to me!

Open the outer box and a smooth clear glass bottle is revealed. The serum itself is white. The bottle has a pump action, which is sometimes a bit slow to react!

The serum itself has a silky feel to it. To be honest when I first tried it I thought it felt a bit watery on my finger. However it glides onto the face easily and my skin felt instantly better the first time I used it. It sounds a bit clich茅 but my skin really did feel hydrated and softer.

The serum is easily absorbed and is not greasy at all.Pretect and Perfect dosn't really have any scent to it and as its hypoallergenic I guess it has no perfume.

The product information suggests you first cleanse and tone your face before applying protect and perfect. I am lazy where beauty routines are concerned and only cleanse my face first. I don鈥檛 use a toner so don鈥檛 know if the results would be even better if I did! I also use Boots uplifting moisturiser before applying protect and perfect. You only need a pea-sized amount of this cream so a 30ml bottle will last for ages.

I have also found that my foundation goes on better after using protect and perfect-another bonus!

I can honestly say that I have noticed a big difference since using protect and perfect. My skin looks brighter and fine lines are less noticeable. I would highly recommend it!

    How does it work?

    ******************

As I am a bit of a cynic as far as beauty product claims are concerned I thought I would look at the evidence about this serum for myself. I didn鈥檛 see the Horizon programme but read about the research later. Professor Lesley Regan a well-respected medical expert looked into several anti-aging products and found that the best was Boots protect and perfect-go Boots! She asked Professor Chris Griffith to carry out independent research into the product. He was able to prove scientifically that this product works!

Protect and perfect can actually repair photo-aged skin. This has to be great news for millions of women!

Protect and perfect contains Retinol a form of vitamin A. Retinol is used in acne treatment and is absorbed through the skin and increases the rate of cell renewal.

Protect and perfect also contains levels of collagen boosting ingredients to smooth out fine lines and help the skin to feel and appear firmer.

I really can鈥檛 think of anything negative to say about this product. It is easy to use, improves the look and feel of my face and is not too expensive.

I have been using protect and perfect for several months now and will continue to do so. I paid about 拢16 for my bottle and it is often on buy 2 get one free. Due to all the hype about this product it is currently very difficult to get hold of. Once Boots have more stock I would suggest you try it out for yourself!

I'm 15 so wouldn't know which one works best, but my mum is obsessed with these creams and stuff. Since all the hype about No7 Protect and Perfect she's started using it, even though she used to use Dior creams. She's told me that she actually thinks the No7 one is better, as you can actually see a difference. All I can say is don't trust the people trying to sell you their product, as you can't know for definate whether it works when they're just trying to make money.

Hope that helps!Anit wrinkle facial cream?

There is an amazing product out there (people usually see results in just a few days!) There are some before/after photos available on my website (I can send you the link if you would like to see them). The product is formulated to reverse the damage that the sun/environment are doing to our skin. There are a couple options with this product line (one is a serum and the other is a enzyme peel). Let me know if you would like information about the product or samples. Good luck!

How to get rid of facial wrinkle/ depression/crescent on upper cheeks, below eys ? natural methods please?

I am 22 year male, recently i have developed facial marks below both eyes which are like crescent shaped depressions in the skin, like this :

    http://img142.imagevenue.com/loc1041/th_37792_mark_122_1041lo.jpg

Which become more noticable and ugly when there is an overhead light source.

    1. how to get rid of them naturally ? any facial exercises or homemade treatments ? any safe creams ?

    2. what is this mark called ? it would help me to look out for more literature regarding this. I think this is not called ';maler crescent'; which is something similar. Specific term for mark i have ??How to get rid of facial wrinkle/ depression/crescent on upper cheeks, below eys ? natural methods please?
If the bone is directly underneath, they are called ';dark circles.'; There is no good treatment, so covering with makeup is best.
