My boxer had a few small bumps in one of her facial wrinkles--now she has bald spots on her head??

It started as a little rash in the folds near her eye, then she got a bump next to her eye. Now she has little tiny bald spots---no bigger than 1/8'; in a few places on the top of her head. Any ideas? My boxer had a few small bumps in one of her facial wrinkles--now she has bald spots on her head??
It is probably a fungus. Ring worm looks like this when it first starts out before it forms the circular shape. All the tiny bald spots are spores. My boxer had a few small bumps in one of her facial wrinkles--now she has bald spots on her head??
possibly a mite. your vet may need to do a skin scraping to identify it. it is also possible that it could be a fungal problem. your vet should be able to diagnose it
The small bumps sounds like puppy acne but the hair loss thing sounds like a whole different deal. her is a link to a article:

Not truly being able to see it, you should get a vet to check it out. it could be a skin condition, cancer, rash or even a fungal infection. They can diagnose and treat appropriately for the situation.
It could be allergies. Dog allergies of all sorts almost always show up as skin conditions such as a rash, bald spots, hot spots, hair loss etc.

But, being on her face, it sounds as though it may be demodectic mange, a skin condition caused by tiny mites. It's not terribly unusual in puppies. Your vet can make a definitive diagnosis by taking a skin scraping (doesn't hurt) and the condition is easily treatable.

I would suggest you take your puppy and have your veterinarian advise you. Best of luck!
