Doesn't facial exercises stretch your skin and therefore cause more wrinkles?

No, if so, I'm never smiling again. I don't want wrinkles!Doesn't facial exercises stretch your skin and therefore cause more wrinkles?
I do think so. If daily expressions over a long period of time can cause fine lines and wrinkles then facial exercises most definitely would too. The issue here is the skin but Sarbinargh is right about facial muscles building up (it's exercise, afterall). The muscles *may* plump out the skin a little more but then, you would continually have to do the facial exercises otherwise, just like person who hasn't been to the gym in 10 years, things just don't look the way they use to.Doesn't facial exercises stretch your skin and therefore cause more wrinkles?
Well, yes but because it also increases muscle mass and volume within your face, filling the extra space caused by the stretching, thus, reducing wrinkles.
yes, it does. i'm just 12 and did facial exersises and i have line under my eyes!!! believe it.
