Can a facial mask shrink wrinkles?

I bought a regular mint facial mask cream that is suposed to shrink pours and get rid of black heads and stuff, and it is actually working. But I was wondering if those mask also reduce wrinkles at all? I am 22 and I already have the smiling wrinkles by my mouth and two deeper wrinkles between my eyes from always squinting. The mask tightins my whole face so I was just wondering if they helped with wrinkles at all. Can a facial mask shrink wrinkles?
**I've researched and experimented for many years and this is a safe, low cost natural treatment and by far the most successful one for wrinkles. Use any oil - I've had great success with olive and coconut oils. In mouth area you massage firmly and quite fast on and along the line or wrinkle. Sure it does but along with it you need a night cream too which can actually help in wrinkles.Pick up according to ur skin type and not forgetting ur age too ....... never
