I know there are basically two reasons why people get facial wrinkles.

Heredity and sun, but what about sleeping? I feel sleeping really causes the most

wrinkles because unless you lay flat on your back so your face is not scrunched by

your hand or pillow, your facial skin gets squeezed such as when you rub it or smile.

What can be done to prevent this??I know there are basically two reasons why people get facial wrinkles.
Yea I read that if u sleep on your side u will get more wrinkles. It is best to sleep on your back.. All so if u do sleep on side to use a satin pillow case will help.I know there are basically two reasons why people get facial wrinkles.
Factors that promote wrinkling include:

Smoking

Light skin type (people with blue eyes and easily burned skin are more prone to sun damage)

Heredity (some families wrinkle more)

Hairstyle (some styles provide cover and protection against sun damage)

Dress (hats, long sleeves, etc.)

Occupational and recreational habits (farming, sailing, golfing, using tanning booths, and so forth)

Antioxidants. These include preparations that contain the vitamins A, C, and E, as well as beta-carotene...... Such creams may provide a certain amount of sun protection as well as mild improvement of fine wrinkles.....

the sleeping part can't be right i sleep on my stomach and face would be scrunched into the pillows and i dont have wrinkles...Anyways ..u dont need to buy expensive creams ..Go to drugstore and get Vitamins gel capsules and mix them with ur favorite cream or just cut them in half and apply to u r skin...u will get the same results as those 500 dollar creams...good luck
People also get wrinkles from smoking cigarettes.

You can only do so much to prevent wrinkles....so you do the best you can.

Remember to find a good moisturizer with a sunscreen and use it.
buy expensive moisturizers
Lie on your back
sleep flat on your back.
dont fart in bed
